Safir House's 'Single' Infrared Sauna Suite provides the perfect environment for relaxation and tranquility. The state-of-the-art cedarwood full spectrum infrared sauna, along with convenient in-room shower facilities, allows you to escape and unwind without any interruptions.

Indulge in a 50-minute self-care session within the sauna, complemented by medical-grade chromotherapy lighting. The suite offers premium entertainment options, featuring an in-room screen and built-in Bluetooth speakers for a personalised and immersive experience. 

We encourage you to wear a swimming costume in the saunas and BYO a towel and water. However towels will be available to hire at $5 each and we have a complimentary filtered water refill service available if you bring your own drink bottle. 

Single Infrared Sauna Suite - 1 guest

Refreshing and invigorating, harness the power of cold water immersion to boost circulation, reduce muscle inflammation, and enhance mental clarity.

A meditative journey to guide you through cold water immersion. This guided experience is the same as your first ice bath experience at Safir House. Your experience starts with a 10 minute guided breath work meditation followed by cold water immersion. 

Guests must wear a swimming costume in the ice bath. Our ice baths are filtered, cleaned and drained regularly. For the hygiene of each guest, we encourage you to shower prior to arrival or you are welcome to use the shower in our single change room. 

We encourage you to bring a towel, however towels will be available to hire at $5 each.

Effectively activate and support your lymphatic system in our Lymphatic Massage Suit. The Lymphatic Massage Suit systematically massages the body through 24 air chambers to effectively reduce inflammation, lactic acid build up and can even aid in the reduction of cellulite, through the detoxification of built up toxins stored in your fat cells.

With 8 different settings varying in focus from sports recovery to slimming and cellulite, the massage suit can be tailored to your individual goals.
