Despite arriving 5 minutes late, you had 30+ minutes to choose your color during removal and prep. I also painted five different colors to assist, but the final choice is always the client’s responsibility.
Your French manicure was completed within the booked time, and I performed three nail repairs, though only one was charged by mistake.
As per my non-refundable policy, concerns should be addressed during the appointment, and I always check in to ensure satisfaction.
Since you also reached out on social media after your review, I believe our expectations don’t align. I won’t be able to accommodate future bookings.

This time around I definitely felt rushed.. whilst I understand there is a time limit but I shouldn’t feel like I’m being annoying when I want the right colour especially for the price I am paying. Looking at the French closely now they’re not even and the base colour isn’t what I truly wanted. As I was asking what I had last time and I would think this would have been written down.
