Females only. The ultimate full body massage with a longer focus on the back/shoulders/legs includes hand, foot massage and a relaxing head and scalp massage. Optionally, a gentle abdominal massage can also be included.

Deep, relaxing thermotherapy healing. The warming sensation can relax tense muscles, reduce stress, tension and pain. Massage is painless but can be uncomfortable if you need to relieve muscle tension.

Warm Bamboo stick massage

A form of massage aimed at relieving deeper muscle tension. It can help release trapped nerves, supply oxygen to poorly circulating areas by allowing free flow of nutrients and oxygen to the bloodstream.
Deep tissue massage does not mean applying strength and force. Muscle tension is released slowly and step by step with deeper strokes.
Usually, one session is dedicated to one area: legs, back, arms, upper back etc. 
If you want to have a full body deep tissue massage, choose 75 mins appointment, it will be general, without focusing on any part of the body.
