The manicure with remove you booked was listed at £45, which includes the £6.75 deposit paid at booking, leaving a remaining balance of £38.25 
You initially booked a manicure with shellac remover, which is intended for gel nails. However, as your nails were powder-based instead of gel, we had to change the service to a manicure without remover and add the additional service of "take off nail enhancements. This process involves more time and resources, which is why the total cost came to £48.25 (£40 for the manicure+£15 for powder nail remover is £55 for total and includes £6.75 deposit).

The service has always been exceptional, but they always charge more than what the website advertises. I gave a deposit of £6.75 when I booked, and the website said that the remainder was £38.25 (therefore £45 overall). I booked for a shellac manicure including take off. They charged me £48.25 because apparently I had powder on my nails and that costs more to take off. I can understand that, but I cannot understand how it costs £10+ (because I already paid for shellac take off which is included in the £45). This is not the first time this has happened, and this is the last time I will visit.
