Have you ever poled before?  If not, then this beginner class is for you.  This booking will include two sessions.  The 2nd class will follow two weeks after the 1st (See Date Schedule Below)on Thursday at 6:45PM.  We will give you the basics to enhance your skills and prepare for the next level!

*FOR EXPERIENCED BEGINNERS AND THOSE ALREADY FAMILIAR WITH POLE TECHNIQUES*. Come practice under your own guidance while staff are present.  Must currently be a student of the Jade Vine Pole Fitness Studio and receive permission from staff. Open pole can be booked when regular scheduled classes are not being held. DON'T FORGET YOUR EARBUDS!
