Access Bars is deeply restorative and relaxing. It does not require talking, or hard work. There are 32 points (known as the bars) on your head, each corresponding to different aspects of life, such as creativity, communication, peace and calm, money, control, and creativity. In an Access Bars session, I would lightly touch these points to release the limiting beliefs, thoughts, feelings and emotions that are associated with the specific bar being ‘run’.

Or are seeking a supportive space to bring compassion and healing to anxiety and depression, and help the process trauma. Whether emotional, physical, spiritual, relationships, career or finances. I have a large toolkit which I lean on, and no two Energy Therapy sessions will look the same.  ***First sessions are always 90 mins long***
