Eyelash Extension Soak Off

In threading, a thin cotton or polyester thread is doubled, then twisted. It is then rolled over areas of unwanted hair, plucking the hair at the follicle level. Unlike tweezing, where single hairs are pulled out one at a time, threading can remove short rows of hair.

Advantages cited for eyebrow threading, as opposed to eyebrow waxing, include that it provides more precise control in shaping eyebrows, and that it is gentler on the skin.

There are a few different techniques for threading. These include the hand method, mouth method and neck method. Each technique has advantages and disadvantages; however, the mouth holding method is the fastest and most precise.

Please do not use a sunbed for 24 hours before having a wax, and refrain from using Retin A derived products for 5 days before, as these will compromise the skin. Hair must be a minimum of 0.5cm for the wax to grip (usually around 3 - 4 weeks growth).
It is normal for the area to go red after having a hair removal treatment, and not uncommon for small, raised bumps and slight soreness to be present in the area, particularly if it is your first time. These contra-actions will usually subside within 24 - 48 hours after your treatment.
Skin grazing (or skin lifting) can occasionally occur after a waxing treatment, causing an abrasion similar to scraping your knee. Often mistaken for a burn, this does not always appear in the area immediately, and can sometimes not become apparent until a day or two after the treatment. It can occur if the skin has been compromised due to factors such as the environment, chemicals, or even foreign substances (such as pollen or artificial fragrance)

G String Wax

Very similar to the French Wax in that it removes most of the hair from the front, leaving a small strip or triangle, this also takes all the hair off the back. This is the perfect style for wearing a thong bikini, as no hair will be visible front or back. Brazilian hair removal is a popular choice when it comes to styling and bikini waxing. 

There are multiple types of Brazilian wax, and you may come across names such as “The Bermuda Triangle” (an upside-down triangle), and the “The Desert Island” - which leaves just a small amount of hair for anyone who does not want to be completely hair free - but they all remove hair from the same areas.

They serve us well but our poor feet deserve a break too and what better way than with our luxury Microdermabrasion pedicure. Microdermabrasion reaches all the nooks and crannies, effectively removing the build-up of skin that you often see on the heels.

It can be a nightmare trying to combat the dead skin on our heels - getting moisturisers to absorb can be impossible, whilst scrubbing them away by hand is exhausting and time consuming.
