The session was quite helpful, I felt my body relaxing during the session not only does the process work on the body also the mind relaxes. After the session,  I felt aches especially on my lower body but that did not last.. that night I slept like a baby and woke up feeling energized and ready for a new day. 

The oils used are very much medicinal,they penetrate into the body to detox the body. They are not harsh on the skin. After the session, my skin was soft and felt rejuvenated. 

I definitely recommend Tokologo Wellness massages to anyone , definitely looking forward to my next session.
