A 60 minute massage usually suits a focussed approach on one or two areas or issues with assessment as necessary, or a whole body massage with more of a generalised recovery approach.

Add this onto a Biomechanics assessment, a Pilates session, Personal Training workout, or simply bolt it onto your existing massage booking to extend it and enjoy a longer treatment.

Longer massage sessions allow you to have a remedial focus on more areas of the body and can contain assessments of muscle, nerve or joints as necessary.

There are many reasons to book a one to one training session; motivation to turn up and make it happen, it makes it easier and more fun to get it done, education, safety, access to equipment you don’t have. Whatever your reason, I have almost 20 years of experience as a personal trainer and I know that together we will get you great results! The more you book, the cheaper they are. Following a suitability consultation where we manage your aims and expectations, we will begin a course of Biotin injections (including a loading phase) and specialist microneedling on the affected areas. This is carried out with a specialist serum and is done over 6 weeks. If longer is needed then we can accommodate this.
Please note that this treatment is not suitable for everyone and varies in success and results.

Dermal Fillers

Microneedling is a procedure which pricks the skin with tiny sterilised needles. This controlled trauma to the skin causes the body to make more collagen and elastin, which heal your skin and help it look younger.
The procedure involves a double cleanse of the skin and an anti-sceptic is applied before a device with tiny needles is moved in a controlled manner around the face while applied with a specialist serum. The needles make small punctures in the skin, which encourages minor bleeding. A specialist face mask is then applied to the face to encourage the stimulation collagen production.
The aim is to stimulate the body’s healing process by sending collagen and elastin to address the controlled trauma. Collagen plumps the skin and smooths out wrinkles.


Microneedling

Facial dermaplaning involves gently scraping the face with a scalpel to remove the epidermis (the top layer of skin) and the small vellus hairs on the face (peach fuzz).
Dermaplaning gets rid of the layer of dead skin on the face called the Stratum Corneum. This makes the skin look brighter, helps skin-care products sink in better, and helps make-up go on smoother and easier. It also removes the vellus hairs on the face (peach fuzz) which also helps with make-up application but makes the skin feel smoother and look rejuvenated and glowing. 
A medical-grade scalpel is used to scrape across the surface of the skin. It takes between 30 – 60 minutes and most clients find it very pleasant and relaxing.
The treatment involves a double cleanse of the face the application of an anti-sceptic treatment before the main dermaplaning is conducted. After the treatment, a specialist hyaluronic acid moisturiser is applied to the skin.


Dermaplaning

LED (Light-Emitting Diode) light therapy is used to treat a number of skin conditions, such as acne, fine lines and rough skin. It has also been shown to effective in the treatment of male and female-pattern hair loss. It comes in different forms, including red light LED therapy and blue light LED therapy, or used in a combination.
Different colour lights affects the differently as each colour penetrates the skin at different depths.
It can be highly effective if the treatment is conducted regularly and the correct level of maintenance is adhered to.
The procedure involves a double cleanse of the skin before goggles are applied and the correct LED light colour is directed onto the skin using our specialist equipment. The treatment can be a dedicated appointment or can be added on to compliment many of the other treatments we offer.

LED Light Therapy

Chemical peels involve the application of a chemical solution to the skin to remove damaged skin cells, reduce the effects of acne, treat wrinkles and correct scarring and hyperpigmentation (some areas of the skin appearing darker than others). Chemical peels can produce excellent results such as a reduction in fine lines, improved skin tone and complexion, and can help you look and feel younger.
Chemical peels contain acids that have varying depths of skin penetration. Different chemicals are used depending on your specific needs or how sensitive the skin on the face is.
The procedure involves a double cleanse of the skin before the right CLINICCARE product is applied for a short time. This is then neutralised before a specialist face mask is applied.

Following on from your initial biomechanics assessment is essential for us to reassess and see what dysfunction has now been resolved. We will set consolidation conditioning exercises to work on strength and injury prevention and  move the plan on to work on the next problem areas. These sessions will take you through an evidence based coaching programme looking at everything from core strength ratios to nerve function and gait analysis with step by step exercises to take away and an updated digital plan direct to your email every time you leave.  You can log into your app and check your progress along the way. Some sessions may leave us time for some massage treatment, but if you want some extra help, you can bolt on an additional half an hour or full additional hour.

Biomechanics Coaching Follow Up

A wonderful, relaxing hour of Swedish style massage, with pressure as deep as you need or as light as you want.
This can be full body or a more focussed session such as:
Back, neck and shoulders
Legs and feet

Can accommodate longer if needed, just bolt on any number of 30 minute add ons.

Relaxing Massage

A full body assessment of nerves, muscles and joints from an intrinsic perspective. This means not following symptoms or what we see on the outside to get us to the root cause of your injuries or performance hindering issues. This specialist system consists of around 45 tests and pinpoints restriction even in hard to find places. Once the results of your tests have been mapped out and explained, we will create you a bespoke corrective plan to start removing the dysfunction and get you feeling great again as soon as possible!

You’ll have your exercises on an easy to follow app with a handy tool for checking them off as you do them.
