This service is for a head that has not been chemically relaxed, the first time we apply this chemical its done on virgin hair, the relaxer is applied to the ends first working our way up the roots, smoothing the strands in the process. The ends take longer to process, whereas the roots respond faster because of the heat of your body.

What is a tint?
A tint also known as a shadow root is when your stylist goes back over your highlights or fresh color with a shade closer to your natural shade. It's a great way to refresh your look and give your hair color depth and dimension.

Half head highlight also known as Partial highlights are only in sections, usually placed around the face to give off a brighter, face-framing look. Our stylists consider a partial highlight to be the entire top ?half or the top and side sections of your head base on our assessment.

What Is a Root Touch Up?
If you have dyed your hair a solid color, your hair will grow out, and you will eventually need a touch up. what’s the process? It’s pretty straightforward. Our hairstylist applies color over roots to blend your natural hair with your colored hair. That’s it. You’re either darkening, adding color, or enriching your root color. When you need to lighten your roots, well, that’s something else.

Virgin hair refers to strands that have never been colored before. So, if you've never dyed, coloured, highlighted, lowlighted, or in any other way changed the colour of your strands, you have virgin hair.
