The Counselling Service for Unpaid Carers registered with Wired Carers Service. Counselling can sometimes help if you are feeling overwhelmed or just want to talk to someone in confidence.  We offer up to 10 weekly 50 minute, remotely delivered sessions, to help you explore the problems you are currently experiencing.

Referral Request

An information gathering session, carried out by phone, which aims to allocate people to the most appropriate form of support based on their current situation.  The session will take between 40 and 60 minutes.  We may ask some questions you might find challenging but this is because your safety is our priority.  Please take this call in a location where you feel able to talk openly about your health and the reasons for your referral to the Wired Counselling Service.
