This 60 minute massage will be designed to cater to your needs on the day of the treatment. Regardless of the area needing treatment this will be a wonderfully relaxing treatment, applied at your preferred pressure.
It can be anything from a back massage, allowing us to really get into problem areas and work out tension with focus, to the full body, giving you a real time out just for you, depending on what you'd like on the day.

A 30 minute Massage is perfect for working on areas that are causing the greatest concern or discomfort. 

My aim in every treatment I do is to target my clients main areas of concern while offering a well rounded and holistic treatment that will improve your physical and mental health.

Reflexology is a therapy which is performed on the feet that, through the use of pressure points, treats the entire body. It is a highly relaxing treatment that is renowned for assisting the relief of many ailments.

A head to toe treatment that will cover all the bases. With an intoxicating holistic Neal's Yard facial, a 30 Minute Reflexology session and finishing up with a 30 minute massage, you'll be left floating out of my treatment room.

This 30 minute seated massage is based on the traditional Indian Head Massage techniques. It is an extremely relaxing treatment that can help relieve stress and tension, reduce headache and sinus pain, stimulates the lymphatic system, promotes hair growth and balances the energy levels.

Indian Head Massage 

A wholly relaxing treatment applied at the pressure that suits you. Whether you prefer a deep tissue or something gentler a 45 minute treatment allows time to get into a specific problem area and work out the tension.

45 Minute Massage

This 90 minute massage will be designed on the day to cater to your needs. It can consist of a full body relaxation or can be more specific if there are areas, such as the back, that require more attention.
Regardless it will be a wholly relaxing treatment applied at your preferred pressure and specific to you.

Abdominal therapy is a treatment which essentially aims to increase blood flow to the entire lower body. 

The main benefits are to the digestive Organs, the reproductive Organs so can be great for things like ibs, Constipation, fertility issues (men and women), painful menstruation, endometriosis and many other things. It would also be beneficial for post partum recovery after 8 to 12 weeks.
