"The Dream Liner" is a dark kohl, fine tip, water-resistant eyeliner which was designed to help give precision when creating your perfect eyeliner effect! This packaging design helps strongly reduce the formula from drying out because you cannot reinsert the lead back in the tube. IMPORTANT: Pencil is not retractable. Lift cap. Turn the base once or twice clockwise to expose 2 mm of product. Apply "The Dream Liner" with a single stroke on the root of the lashes to give a very precise line. Intensify if necessary, by thickening the liner to create a more dramatic effect. PRECAUTION: Do not use if eyes or skin are irritated, injured or infected. Stop use if irritation occurs.
