Your initial consultation is an opportunity for me to get to know you and your goals in order to create a therapeutic plan that is unique to you. You will learn about the process and be introduced to deep relaxation and hypnosis during this session. Follow up sessions will last 60 minutes.

This is a very effective method to help you kick the habit for good!
We will discuss your smoking habits and your goals for quitting - helping you get in to the right frame of mind for a mental shift. This is then followed by a relaxing hypnotherapy session, where I guide you into a state of deep relaxation, allowing your conscious analytical mind to quiet down. This lets your subconscious mind (the part that controls your unconscious habits and beliefs) to take in all the positive suggestions that will shift you in to the mindset and thought patterns of a non-smoker!
You are provided with a digital recording to listen to at home to back-up the work we do in session. This combined approach is highly effective!

This is hypnotherapy without the therapy. Take an hour to completely unwind and relax. This hour long session is perfect if you have ever felt like you want to switch your mind off for an hour.
During this time you will be guided in to a deeply relaxed state, helping to relax your nervous system and clear your mind. A perfect treat for a busy brain!
