We recommend that you shampoo your hair in the 24-hour period prior to your visit to one of our salons. If this isn’t possible, or if you’d like to treat yourself to a little something extra, try our shampoo, relaxing scalp massage and Blowdry for an additional charge. Freshly shampooed hair, free of excess styling products, is essential to ensure an accurate style cut.

If there is an appointment date, specific stylist, unsure of what booking to make or you are wanting a specific time that may not be available online, please give our friendly team a call on 02 46771353. We may be able to shuffle some things around to best accommodate you!
When making bookings over the phone for any services that require a deposit, a confirmation text with a link is sent over for you to fill in your details. Please do confirm your booking asap, as if it is not confirmed 48 hours before your booking slot we will cancel your appointment. If you have any difficulties in making the deposit, please call us and we can take your payment over the phone.
Deposits are NON-refundable, you can reschedule your appointment, and your deposit will be transferred over to your future booking. If you are wanting to cancel your appointment your deposit is Forfeited.
