Yin (Rebirthing) Breathwork, also known as conscious breathing, is a connected conscious breathing technique. It is described as learning to breathe from the breath Itself. It can be used to relax, eliminate stress & tension, release trauma stored in the physical body, and increase creativity, energy & health.

It is a tool that can assist in the regeneration of the body. With conscious energetic breathing we can keep ourselves in a more dependable happy, healthy, and productive state of aliveness. Conscious breathing can enable us to master or at least manage more efficiently both physical and emotional pain.

A multi-instrumental sound bath is conducive for ultimate relaxation, with the ability to release blocks in the physical & energetic body, mind & soul. 

Please note: Receivers are very likely to feel extremely relaxed after and I encourage you to make the most of this energetic reset by taking it easy and tuning into what your body needs, whether that's rest, gentle exercise, connecting with nature, your body will tell you - all you have to do is listen. ​

Reiki is based on the belief that life force energy flows through all living beings and is essential for our well-being. When this energy becomes blocked or depleted, it can manifest as physical, mental, emotional, or spiritual ailments. Reiki aims to restore the balance and flow of this energy, supporting the body's natural ability to heal itself.

During a Reiki session, I will gently place my hands on or slightly above specific areas of the fully clothed recipient's body, allowing the energy to flow where it is most needed. This non-invasive technique is deeply relaxing and often described as a warm, soothing sensation.

The benefits of Reiki extend beyond the physical realm, encompassing mental, emotional, spiritual well-being and can help with stress reduction, pain management, emotional healing, improved sleep, enhanced clarity and focus, and can provide support for spiritual growth.
