Bootcamp Tuesdays A bootcamp workout is a high-intensity workout programme that includes both strength and cardio. I propose a 6-week plan that includes one boot camp class every Tuesday at 6:15 pm for 45 minutes. Payment for the 6-week programme is either upfront or gym membership per month or can be discussed further. A maximum of and hopefully a total of 12 people. This programme will include bodyweight exercises, kettlebells, barbells, running, boxing and bikes. It will be for any fitness level and no experience is needed.
