A gentle, non invasive way of de stressing the mind and body. Reiki can also work with reviving the chakras and bringing the body's energy field into alignment. Each session is approx. one hour long. During your session you remain fully clothed & lie down on a massage table. You will be listening to soft music, and smelling a custom blend of essential oils to help you to relax. the practitioner works with the energy field of your body.

Biofeedback reads these patterns from you through straps that we use on your wrists and ankles as well as a head piece. It will test for over 11,000 different frequencies and help to inform you of where your potential stresses are lying. The Bio-Pulsar machine scan gives you a reading of 49 different points on your body. It can help you to know if there are certain parts of your body that are under stress. Lyza will dedicate the time and give her full attention to listen closely to your questions & concerns and, at the end of the conversation, present you with some possible ways that Casaroma can benefit you & your lifestyle .
