Reflexology is a therapy that highlights the imbalances in different parts of the body. Techniques used on the feet in Reflexology can break down these blockages Reflexology is a powerful antidote to stress, neutralising and even preventing its effects. A holistic treatment to relieve a variety of symptoms experienced from many conditions and boosts internal systems of the body to help maintain equilibrium. 

Treatment duration: 60 mins including a foot scrub.

Reflexology 

For a relaxing pre-treatment option, you can enjoy soothing foot soak followed by an exfoliating scrub can relax the body and promote circulation, preparing the feet and mind for your treatment. This helps release any built-up tension and provides a calming experience. 

Please note that add-on options are only available when booking a full treatment and cannot be selected  as a stand-alone treatment. The foot reflexology already includes a foot soak and scrub pre treatment.

Relaxation Massage using traditional Swedish massage and Lomi Lomi techniques. Swedish Massage is exceptionally beneficial for increasing levels of oxygen in the blood, decreasing muscle toxins, improving circulation and flexibility. Helps to relieve pain, stress, and muscle tension.

A combined 90 minute treatment of ear and feet reflexology is a holistic therapy aimed at improving overall well-being and relaxation through a blend of techniques focused on the ears and feet. Includes ear seeding (if needed) foot soak, and scrub

Indian head massage helps to release stress that has accumulated in the tissues, muscles and joints of the head, face, neck and shoulders and to leave you relaxed, rejuvenated and uplifted.

This treatment is delivered with the client in a seated position.

Ultimate Full Body Relaxation Massage (including face & scalp)

Mother-to-be Pregnancy Massage - Relaxation Massage that uses careful consultation, positioning, and support for both mother and baby. Helps to eases those aches and pain that are common during pregnancy. Concentrating on all those pregnancy aches through the feet, legs, lower back, neck, and shoulders. *Please be aware, for the precaution of the mother to be and her baby, Pregnancy Massage can only be performed after the first trimester.
