1-2-1 Spiritual Life Coach session which provides distant spiritual and energy healing, guidance through Angel oracle cards and a mini spiritual life coaching session.

Clients will have an awareness of their spiritual self, wishing to explore their path further for better harmony, balance and inner peace.

This session is 45 minutes long and delivered remotely via video call.  You will be taken through a guided meditation before receiving directed spiritual and energy healing supported with guidance from Angel oracle cards and a mini spiritual coaching session.  We will discuss your spiritual path and suitable holistic interventions in order to obtain more clarity towards Oneness and Wholeness.

Spiritual Life Coach with Distant Energy Healing

A special session of intuitive spiritual and universal energy healing using Usui Reiki  which I deliver in-person. 

I do not travel to deliver this service as it is delivered in-person in my dedicated therapy room where I require a particular environment to work, where I cleanse and set the energy.  All part of the preparation for providing a safe comfortable space  for clients, myself and general grounding for the practice. 

This is a 45 minute session where I utilise my intuition to channel healing energy from spirit and  universe.

Meditation 

1-2-1 service through video call or in-person, which helps support you in finding your own Oneness, Wholeness and Inner Peace.  Clients will have an awareness of their spiritual self, wishing to explore their path further for better harmony and balance.  This is a safe space to discuss - shadow self, inner child, spirit guides,  energetic blocks, journaling, manifesting, spiritual healing and much more.  I too have an awareness of spirit and utilise my guidance and intuition during my sessions.

During this 45 minute session we will explore 'YOU', not only soul and spirit but also holistic interventions, concluding with guidance through my Angel oracle deck.

This session called 'Space' is designed to offer a little 'Time Out' for Women (Sessions also available for men).  To chat freely and without judgement for 30 minutes about job, career, progression, work challenges or anything spiritual which may be blocking growth or energy flow.  Its good to talk and there is little opportunity for women to talk and express openly in a safe space within these subjects.

Keeping emotion or pain trapped in the body can lead to anxiety, depression, anger and joint pain or can be released in negative ways, so it's really good to talk.

During this relaxed 'Space' we will either meet via video call or in-person, whatever suits.  All with a view to lightening the load, brightening your outlook and providing a little more clarity.

All of my sessions come from a place of personal experience and much will resonate, hence wanting to provide support, empathy and guidance to you.

This may also provide a good lead in to my other sessions.

This is a good lead in to the other more structured sessions from 'Like Mind' and will be useful to those unsure of which other sessions will suit them most.  Together we will discuss all things spiritual with a view to you finding a route to your own Oneness, Wholeness and Inner Peace.  Clients will have an awareness of their spiritual self, wishing to explore their path further for better harmony, balance and fulfilment. 

During this 30 minute session we will explore 'YOU', discuss soul and spirit and what blocks may be causing disharmony, with lots of hints and tips along the way for holistic interventions and the next supportive steps from 'Like Mind'.  Online or in-person.
