SPECIAL NOTES: -All refills should be booked no later than 3 weeks after initial full set. Anything booked more than 3 weeks later will be considered a full set. -It is MANDATORY to arrive with clean lashes or mandatory lash bath ($15) will be added to your service (clean lashes helps the both of us) NO MAKEUP! No eyeliner, eyemakeup or glue! - I DO NOT work over other lash tech's work. A Lash removal would need to be added to service. If it is not added, your appointment would need to be rescheduled. - If you experience extreme fall out of your lashes, you have the first 48 hours of your serv
