The Grand Peak Spa is a independent boutique spa located at the Hotel St. Nicholas. We combine a luxury environment with distinctive historic design. Our atmosphere is intimate and comfortable, pampering all of your senses. We provide a variety of services, from standard offerings to customized services, to ensure we meet the needs of our clients. We also have a variety of signature treatments that utilize Ilike Organic Skin Care and Lira Clinical products.

Shirodhara involves the gentle pouring of warm herbal oils or other liquids on the forehead in a continuous stream. The oil runs through the scalp, face etc. Shirodhara is followed by massaging the head and scalp, laying in a supine position and allowing the oil to flow over the forehead for a specific time period. Your hair will be oily after this procedure.

Nail Care

Enjoy a facial using traditional skin tonics and creams based on recipes from the 1920s, 30s and 40s. These products are hand-made in small batches using natural, skin-pampering ingredients by our local Apothecary. 

Traditional Rose Facial

This facial will help you maintain a youthful appearance by preventing and counteracting the damaging effects of time on skin. It will address the skin’s declining collagen and elastin levels, lighten hyperpigmentation, deeply hydrate and gently exfoliate for a rejuvenated appearance.

Anti-Aging Facial

A facial specifically tailored to address the abuse your skin experiences at high altitude from the increased UV exposure and low humidity. We address this with multiple hydrating masks and oxygen application. 

High Altitude Facial

This facial will begin with a conversation about the teen’s skincare routine and will be catered to the teen’s specific needs. It will include:
Deep Cleansing: Removes dirt, oil, and impurities that can clog pores and cause breakouts.
Gentle Exfoliation: Helps slough away dead skin cells, promoting a clearer complexion and smoother texture.
Customized Treatment: Tailored to each teen’s specific skin type and concerns, whether it’s acne, sensitivity, or dryness.
Education: Provides valuable skincare tips and routines to help teens maintain healthy skin at home.
A basic foundation of good skincare is important for young skin. This is available to clients up to 19 years of age. Under 18 requires guardians permission. 

Teen Facial

This custom facial will take care of all your skincare needs. This facial includes cleanse, exfoliation, a natural skin peel, a treatment mask and a hydrating mask, oils, serums, and moisturizer, as well as face/décolleté massage and your choice of a foot or back scrub using sugar or salt. 

Ultimate Facial

Our Basic Facial is perfect for any guest. This 50-minute custom facial includes a cleanse, exfoliation, treatment mask and hydration with a hand/foot massage..
