Menopause Massage

Indian head massage is derived from Ayurveda, an ancient method which involves natural therapies and involves the mind, body and spirit. This deeply relaxing treatment takes into account the head, scalp, face, shoulders, neck, arms and upper back. This is great for releasing tension stored int he upper body and alleviating stress related headaches, neck stiffness and jaw tension. 
The treatment is carried out with the client sitting in a chair, they will be asked to remove their top and a blanket will be provided to cover the front of the upper body.

The AromaTouch Technique® is the application of essential oil to the back and feet. This a light massage which is deeply relaxing. The technique combines the unique benefits of human touch with the power of essential oils to create an overall wellness experience. The eight essential oils used in the AromaTouch Technique were chosen for their individual and combined aromatic properties.

Based on the Raynor technique, tension is located and through specific deep tissue massage it is released. The process is a holistic approach so a full body massage is provided.

Back, Neck & Shoulder Massage

Based on an ancient Chinese therapy, cupping is applied to accupuncture points as well as parts of the body that have been affected by pain. Cupping is based on the meridien theory of the body so removes stagnant energy and opens the meridiens so that energy can flow freely. Cupping is also known to help activate the lymphatic system, promote blood circulation and good for deep tissue repair. 
Massage of the limbs, back, head, neck and shoulders is included to deeply relax and restore the body.
