The treatment begins with a comprehensive consultation, fostering a deep understanding of your reproductive and digestive system followed by the teaching of the self-care massage techniques. Arvigo® Therapy is a gentle and non-invasive technique designed to alleviate common issues such as digestive disorders and reproductive imbalances. By addressing the position and health of the pelvic and abdominal organs, the therapy aims to enhance the flow of energy, blood, nerve and lymphatic fluids, promoting homeostasis 'Balance within".

For women who are trying to conceive, please book you appointment between the end of your menses and your ovulation. 
For other women, please book your appointment between the end of your menses up to 5 days prior to the beginning of your following menstrual cycle.

This sacred ritual involves sitting comfortably over steam made of water and a blend medicinal herb, each chosen for its specific properties to support a healthy and balanced yoni. Yoni Steam is a gentle and non-invasive practice believed to enhance circulation, cleanse, nourish and promote healing to the reproductive organs. Please note that yoni steam is contraindicated during pregnancy therefore cannot be added to pregnancy massage and cannot be purchased on its own.

 The Postnatal Massage begins with a personalized consultation to address any specific needs or concerns related to pregnancy and birth. Postnatal massage includes techniques that are design to alleviate the strains associated with childbirth, targeting areas that may have experienced tension or discomfort. The postnatal massage not only addresses physical recovery but also provides a nurturing space for emotional well-being, acknowledging the transformative journey of motherhood. According to Ayurvedic philosophy newborn should always be in mother auric field during the postpartum time therefore, I  offer to come to your home for your postnatal massage at an extra cost of $30.
