Customised massage treatments involving a combination of styles from remedial, Swedish to myofascial release, deep tissue and finishing off with craniosacral therapy techniques. I use water dispersible seed base oil so you won't need to worry about stains on your clothes or allergens. My focus is encouraging you to be aware of your body and know when it's time for a treatment so that you could enjoy the full benefits of massage therapy before it becomes an inconvenient painful issue. Treatments 60mins and over are discounted £5 if rebooked within 4 weeks.
