Elena began her wellness journey with a personal search for well-being and a healthy life style. She studied Holistic Medicine and traditional Thai massage, Herbal Thai Compress, Reflexology and Aromatherapy. For her Restorative Massage, she combines relaxation techniques, pressure points and the sounds of Tibetan singing bowls. Clients who suffered from migraines and insomnia, have a positive effect after the first session. She taylors her treatments to each individual client and their needs.
