Bowen Technique (children under 16 yrs)

Reiki is a Japanese technique for stress reduction and relaxation that also promotes healing. It is administered by "laying on hands" and is based on the idea that an unseen "life force energy" flows through us and is what causes us to be alive. If one's "life force energy" is low, then we are more likely to get sick or feel stress, and if it is high, we are more capable of being happy and healthy. It is the  practitioner's intention to channel more if this 'life force energy' to you to enable you to return to Balance.

Usui Reiki

The Bowen technique, a hands-on therapy that uses gentle pressure to manipulate soft tissue and muscles in the body. The technique involves a series of rolling motions performed with the fingers and thumbs on specific points of the body. The goal is to stimulate the body's receptors and encourage it to heal and restore balance.
