I think this is a true luxury wellness retreat experience. From the moment you arrive, the stress begins to leave your body and mind, thanks to the tranquil setting and the friendly, welcoming staff. It is an open-air spa, so you can stay connected with nature while enjoying the spa facilities. I’ve stopped going to regular spas because they can feel toxic and unclean. This space has been thoughtfully designed for authentic wellness, featuring a low-EMF sauna, filtered water for all bathing and showering, magnesium in the spa, and red light therapy. Well done, what a great new treat in Byron.

Beautiful space, nicely appointed. We loved using the sauna and infrared light therapy. Unfortunately the cold pool was not working. However if it was it would have been very busy, with eight people in the bath house at the same time. It would be great to have a cold bath that’s bigger as well. Otherwise, an enjoyable day.

A soft, flowing and deeply relaxing massage using aromatherapy oils for a nurturing sensory journey. Based on traditional relaxation massage techniques this full body massage relieves built-up tension, soothes the nervous system and restores energy flow.

Deep Tissue Massage concentrates on deeper layers of muscle and connective tissue to release chronic patterns of tension in the body. By applying firm pressure and slow strokes our experienced therapists work on deeper layers of muscle and fascia (the connective tissue surrounding muscles). Used for chronic aches and pain and contracted areas such as a stiff neck and upper back, low back pain, leg muscle tightness, and sore shoulders.


Deep Tissue Massage 60min

A restorative and rejuvenating experience, this Hawaiian massage style is made up of long, rhythmic flowing strokes to support tension release, muscle relaxation and lymphatic drainage on a physical level, and allows you to drop into a transformative and deeply relaxing meditative state.

A specialised form of Remedial Massage using a gentle massage technique used to stimulate the flow of lymphatic fluid ‘lymph’ around your body. Using specific slow, light strokes, manual lymphatic drainage works on the connective tissues immediately below the skin (not the deeper muscles).

Perfect for treating a range of reasons including certain illnesses or conditions (Lipoedema, lymphoedema), post-surgery, side effects of medication or inflammation due to injury.

The number of treatments required will vary depending on your needs. In more severe cases, it is recommended to have treatments multiple treatments reducing down to once a month as decongestion is achieved.
