This was a very deep tissues massage, I would say it’s the best I’ve had, although painful at times it left me feeling very relaxed & I slept so well I’ve not had that kind if sleep in a very long time. I would book again Stephanie is so knowledgable & just a really great lady to talk to.

Massage Membership Programme 

This longer service can be fusion of different therapies - Acupuncture - NYR Facial - Indian head massage - Reiki & Crystals - Heated Lava shells/stones,  you may choose to have your massage with a facial or a full 90 minutes hot stone treatment. A very popular choice is an hours therapeutic massage with 30 minutes of NADA acupuncture including energy work. 


Advanced Massage Fusion

This is a group booking for a maximum of six people. 

The process involves the gentle insertion of up to five fine, single use, steralised, stainless steel disposable needles into specific energetic points in the outer ear. No electrical stimulation is used.

The five ear points:

(1)  Sympathetic – calms the nervous system and helps with overall relaxation.

(2)  Shen Men / “Spirit Gate” – reduces anxiety and nervousness.

(3)  Kidney Point – for calming fears and healing internal organs.

(4)  Liver Point – for detoxification, blood purification, and to quell aggression.

(5)  Lung Point – promotes aeration and helps clients let go of grief.

The NADA-system is most suited to group settings. An NADA Practioner will insert up to five needles in each ear for up to 45 minutes while clients sit in a relaxed atmosphere. During this time the client may fall asleep, experience a meditative state or just feel calm and relaxed.

If you have an ongoing pain issue and you are a new client to Apple Lodge Therapies this is the service you will need to book in for. A full consultation will be carried out which can take up to 40 minutes. You will receive a hands on treatment and a treatment plan will be discussed. For best results, usually a minimum of 6 weekly sessions are advised to reduce pain & increase ROM. Reductions for block payments are available. If you are unsure please call for a free telephone consultation. With most conditions you will see a change around week 3.
