- Sealed Water bottle to stay hydrated

(Please arrive in good time to help us to keep the sauna sessions flowing for all clients, if you arrive late, this will shorten your session)

With a thorough introduction we'll explore how intentional Breathwork patterns, along with the immersive 9D sound experience, can aid in re-connecting, allowing the space to let go of held tension.

Designed to begin where you feel comfortable, these sessions can be adapted flexibly.

- Introduction, grounding and time to connect
