For your first treatment at Rebalanceyou, you need to allocate up to 2 hours. Your first hour will be consultation followed by an hour of treatment.

Reproductive Reiki Reflex offers support through every stage of your fertility journey creating a unique and tailored treatment plan for each couple or individual trying to conceive. 
Treatment plans start at the very beginning of the fertility journey and if desired are there to support and continue throughout pregnancy right up to the birth.

Reiki, Reflexology and Coaching are used to support each individual, to reduce stress and anxiety, balance hormones, acknowledge past pregnancies and work alongside conventional medical care.

Reproductive Reiki Reflex

Reiki is translated from Japanese as ‘universal life energy’. The Reiki Master will use gentle hand placements on or over the body with the aim to rebalance this energy flow and allow you to experience a sense of deep relaxation. Energy flows within us but when this is impeded it becomes out of balance and can manifest to physical or emotional problems. Reiki helps to unblock the congestion in the energy pathways, returning the body to a balanced state known as homeostasis, trying to improve the individual’s physical, mental and emotional well-being.

Holistic therapy

A relaxing treatment combining the benefits of reflexology and essential oils. For each treatment a cream is created with a blend of essential oils, The oils are chosen specifically for each individual’s needs. This is used during the reflexology treatment and then is ready to take away for self-care.

Aroma Reflex

This 90 minute treatment allows you to enjoy a bespoke mix of natural oils and lie down for an Indian head massage. The treatment continues along the body with Reiki energy down to the feet where Reflexology completes this full mind  & body treatment!

Head to Toe

Indian Head Massage focuses on the area surrounding the head, scalp, face, neck and shoulders. The art of Indian head massage originates from the Indian system of medicine known as ‘Ayurveda’. The Ayurvedic approach to health is the balance of body, mind and spirit. You will be invited to take a seat and relax on a low backed chair. Natural oils are used with different pressures of touch and tapping to release tension and improve circulation.

Reflexology is a relaxing holistic treatment performed on the feet or hands, based on ancient methods it aims to keep qi flowing through the body, keeping it balanced. The reflexologist will apply varying degrees of pressure on the reflex points that correspond to different parts of the body, with the aim to rebalance the mind, body and soul, and stimulate the body’s own natural healing ability.
