Reiki treatment is a Japanese healing technique that involves the gentle laying on of hands to channel universal life force energy to promote relaxation, stress reduction, and overall well-being. This treatment is known to balance the body's energy centres and promote healing on physical, emotional, and spiritual level.

I combine the healing power of Reiki with the energy properties of crystals. During the session, I use specific crystals placed on or around the body to enhance the flow of energy and promote 

This treatment is not suitable for Diabetics on insulin, or clients with a pacemaker. 

Reiki Healing 

Treatment includes a scalp exfoliation and steam, waterfall head therapy, nourishing hair mask, essential oils and head massage using a range of modalities and ESPA hair products. 

Hair will be left wet after treatment with a leave in conditioner however, a hair clip or scrunchie will be provided. 

Japanese head spa 1 hour 

Indulge in a traditional luxurious massage. The skin will be cleansed, polished, massaged and treated with ESPA skincare products.

Japanese head spa- deluxe 2 hour treatment 

Hopi ear candle treatment, also known as ear candling, is a holistic therapy aimed at removing excess wax and impurities from the ear canal. A hollow candle is gently inserted into the ear and lit, creating a gentle vacuum that draws out debris. This treatment is believed to promote relaxation, relieve sinus pressure, and improve overall ear health, although scientific evidence supporting its efficacy is limited.
This treatment is followed with a lymphatic massage.
