👤 Fresha account and profile

How do I create an account?


To get started on Fresha:


  1. Head to Fresha or download the Fresha App and select Sign up.
  2. Click on sign up with Email or Continue with Google, or Facebook.
  3. If you're signing up with email, fill in your details and click to agree to the Privacy Policy, Terms of Use and Terms of Service.
  4. Click Sign up.

Once you're signed up to Fresha, you can start browsing and book your favourite services with professionals in your area.


I've forgotten my password - how do I reset it?


Don't worry - if you've forgotten your password, it's really simple to log back into your Fresha account:


  1. Head to our sign-in page by clicking here.
  2. Click on the Forgot password? link and enter the email address you registered your account with.
  3. We'll send you an email with a link to reset your password.

Check your junk and spam folder if you're having trouble finding your email as it may have landed there by mistake.


How do I manage my account information?


It's really easy to manage and make changes to your account information.


Your details


  1. Go to your Profile and select Edit profile.
  2. Make edits to your name, number, and email address.
  3. Click Save to update your details.

Notification settings


  1. Go to your Settings and select Notification settings.
  2. Click on device notification settings to control your mobile app notifications.
  3. Use the sliding scale next to Text messages to enable or disable text message notifications about your appointments.

Social logins


  1. Go to your Settings and select Social logins.
  2. Click Connect to link your Facebook, Google, or Apple account.
  3. You can disconnect these at any time by clicking Disconnect.

Payment methods


To add a payment method:


  1. Go to your Profile and select Payment methods.
  2. Click on Add new card and fill in your details.
  3. Save changes.

To change an existing card:


  1. Go to Payment methods and select Change current card.
  2. Enter your card details.
  3. Click Save to confirm your changes.

To remove an existing card:


  1. Go to Payment methods and select the card you wish to remove.
  2. Click on the three dots next to your card details and select Remove card

We'll use these details at checkout for any appointments booked online on Fresha, through a Book Now button on your service provider's social pages or a direct booking link on their personal website.


Click the three dots next to your card details to Remove card or Change current card to update your payment details.


How secure is my data?


At Fresha, we take security very seriously. Your data is your data (not ours) and will not be shared with anyone or any third parties. All user data is securely backed-up every 5 minutes on Fresha's encrypted cloud database, our system uses SSL security and our hardware has top of the range firewalls.

📅 Your appointments

What are ‘My favourites'?


Browse Fresha and save venues you like to your favourites for quick and easy access when booking. To save a venue to your favourites, simply click on the heart icon when browsing a venue's profile. Once selected, your saved venues will be added to your favourites. Click on the venue profile to view their service list and book an appointment. Click the heart icon to remove a venue from your favourites.


How do I book an appointment online?


Once you've created an account, you can start browsing and booking appointments for your favourite services with beauty and wellness professionals in your area.


To book an appointment online:


  1. Use the search bar to find a business type, service or venue you'd like to book with.
  2. Enter the preferred location for your nearest service providers.
  3. Use the Nearest and Men and women dropdown menus to sort results by location, price, rating, and who they cater to.
  4. Click for the map view of service providers in the area.
  5. Click on the venue to view their profile and see what vouchers and/or memberships they have available.
  6. To view their service list and book an appointment, click on Book now and choose which services you'd like to receive and when.
  7. Once confirmed, you'll receive a booking confirmation to your registered email address. If you haven't booked with that service provider before, you may be asked to confirm your appointment with a card in your appointment confirmation email.
  8. You'll be notified of any forms that need to be completed before your appointment takes place. You can also view these under your appointment details or My forms.

How do I manage my appointments?


It's really easy to manage and make changes to your appointments from your Fresha account.


Cancel an appointment


  1. Click on My appointments to view any past or upcoming appointments you have.
  2. Select the appointment you're looking to cancel.
  3. Click Cancel and Cancel to confirm. Depending on the venue's cancellation policy, you may be charged a fee.

Reschedule an appointment


  1. Click on My appointments to view any past or upcoming appointments you have.
  2. Select the appointment you're looking to reschedule.
  3. Click Reschedule and select the time and date you'd like to reschedule to, and Confirm. Depending on the venue's late cancellation policy, you may be charged a fee.

Once confirmed, the appointment will be automatically updated under My appointments and you'll receive a notification confirming the changes to your booking.


How do I leave a tip?


There are a number of different ways you can leave a tip for your service provider:


  • When adding your card details whilst booking an appointment.
  • At checkout when paying by text message or through a Fresha card terminal.
  • After checkout when clicking on the Add a tip amount in your thank-you messages, when leaving a review or when clicking on an appointment under Past appointments.

How do I leave a review?


We love hearing about your experiences - and other clients do too! You can share your thoughts and leave a rating for the staff and services you've received by heading to My appointments and selecting the Past appointment you'd like to review.


Alternatively, click the Review link in the thank-you message you receive after your appointment.


If an appointment has been cancelled by you or the service provider, you won't be able to leave a review. You can only leave a review once an appointment has been completed.

💌 Vouchers and memberships

How do I purchase a voucher online?


To purchase a voucher online:


  1. Use the search bar to find the venue you'd like to purchase the voucher from.
  2. Scroll down to the Vouchers section and choose the voucher you'd like to purchase.
  3. Add the quantity and click Continue.
  4. Choose a recipient - decide whether it's a treat for you, Print as gift, or Email as a gift.
  5. If you Print as a gift, add a name, personalised message, and click Continue. Go to See print preview to see what your voucher will look like.
  6. If you Email as a gift, add a name, email address, personalised message, and click Continue. This will override the default voucher title and description.
  7. When you get to checkout, select or add your preferred payment method and Pay now. If you don't already have a Fresha account, you'll be asked to create one.
  8. Any vouchers that have been purchased through Fresha will be displayed under My vouchers.

How do I redeem a voucher?


Once your service has been completed and you go to check out, you'll need to present the voucher code from the original invoice to the service provider. Depending on whether you purchased the voucher for yourself or have received one as a gift, you can find you voucher code in one of the following places:


  • Under My vouchers on your Fresha account
  • On the printed voucher you received.
  • In the email you were sent confirming a voucher had been sent to you.

Once the voucher code has been located, present it to the service provider and the cost of the service will be automatically deducted from the value of the voucher.


If the service costs more than the value of the voucher, you can pay the outstanding balance with an alternative payment method. If the service costs less than the value of the voucher, you can use the remaining balance on your next appointment.


How do I purchase a membership online?


To purchase a membership online:


  1. Use the search bar to find the venue you'd like to purchase a membership from.
  2. Scroll down to the Memberships section and choose the membership you'd like to purchase.
  3. If you're happy with the membership you've selected, click Continue.
  4. When you get to checkout, select or add your preferred payment method and Pay now. If you don't already have a Fresha account, you'll be asked to create one.
  5. Any memberships that have been purchased through Fresha marketplace will be displayed under My memberships.

How do I book an appointment with my membership?


To book an appointment with a membership:


  1. Use the search bar or My memberships to find the venue you purchased the membership from.
  2. Select a service that's included with your membership and book an appointment.
  3. Once confirmed, you'll receive a booking confirmation to your registered email address. Each session will be automatically deducted from the membership. You can see how many remaining sessions you have under My memberships.

🛍 Product orders

How do I purchase a product online?


Each store that has been set up on Fresha has been created by one of our Partners and allows them to promote and sell their products directly to their customers.

Fresha is in no way responsible for the shipping or delivery of any order placed with an online store. If there is an issue with your order please contact the store directly.


To purchase something from an online store:


  1. Use the direct link shared with you by one of our Partners.
  2. Browse the products available and click on them to find out more about each of the products.
  3. Click Add to cart under the products you'd like to purchase.
  4. Once all of the items have been added to your cart, click Checkout. You'll be asked to log into your Fresha account or create one if you don't already have one.
  5. Based on shipping preferences, you'll be able to choose whether you'd like Pickup or Delivery. If you select Pickup, you can choose a location to collect your order from. If you select Delivery, you can add or choose your address.
  6. Choose a Delivery option and Proceed to payment.
  7. Once you have selected a payment option or added a new one, click Pay now and your order will be confirmed.

How do I check my order status?


You can check the status of any order placed through Fresha under My orders on your Fresha account, and from emails confirming an order status update.
