I have been a member of C3 Drummoyne since the beginning, It’s a great spot for both working out and recovery. The gym has everything you need, and the vibe is fun and welcoming! 

The sauna is perfect for relaxing after a tough session. The ice bath is a game-changer for recovery; it really helps with muscle soreness. The staff are next level knowledgeable, super friendly and always willing to help. If you’re looking for a solid place to train and recover, I definitely recommend checking it out! Tara :)

Very difficult place to locate, no instructions on how to find C3 recovery and no clear signage 

Relax in your own private suite to reconnect to your body, soothe sore muscles, and breathe deeply in a calm and relaxing environment.

Our infrared saunas use special heating elements to emit infrared light that gently raises our body’s core temperature. This light is similar to the light we see with our eyes, however, it’s invisible and creates the perfect environment for total body rejuvenation.

Please Note: Our saunas can fit up to 3 people.

You will have 45 minutes of self-care time, medical-grade chromotherapy lighting, and entertainment options with an iPad & built-in Bluetooth speakers.
