A little about myself: 
My name is Leigh, I have been a trained massage therapist for 17 years. I also have a back ground in personal training, health and fitness.

I love massaging 💆‍♀️ with Young Living Essentials Oils, they are food grade oils that are pasted by the FDA and TGA.
Young Living Essentials Oils enter the DNA within 20 minutes and they travel to the area of the body that needs attention and restoring. 

My goal with my clients is to make you feel, relaxed, restored, and revived.

The lymphatic system plays an important role in our immune guarding and protection.  We can promote better body detoxification by improving lymphatic circulation.

The lymph system absorbs, transports, and recycles products from the interstitial space (tissue space).  The products in the lymph system include proteins, water, cells, fats, cell debris, white blood cells, cancer cells, bacteria, viruses, and many others only the lymph can handle.  Lymph vessels are mainly located at the skin and subcutaneous layer and can be found throughout the entire body. You can read more about the lymphatic system and lymphedema in our blog here.

Dry brushing is one way to help promote lymphatic circulation. It helps stimulate the lymphatic system, and will provide support for proper function of the lymphatic system when done consistently over time.

What is Triggered Point Therapy?
Knots inside muscle belly not dangerous but they are pain that we feel because oxygen flow and blood are not getting through successfully. The muscles should be longengative and not short. 

To Be Still 

Deep tissue massage offers both physical and psychological benefits. It can relieve muscle pain and stiffness and provide stress-relieving relaxation for the body and mind.

Includes Triggered Point Therapy.
 
What is Triggered Point Therapy?
This is where I work on particular areas of the body where there are knots 🪢 😏 
Knots inside muscle belly, they can be painful, because they lack the oxygen and blood flow to that area successfully. The muscles should be longengative and not short. When the muscles are shorten due to knots, our performance at the gym 🏋️‍♀️ is less effective. Meaning we can't lift the weight or struggle with a heavier weight, due to the muscle been shortened by knots. They need to be released.
