With a Master’s in Physiotherapy (Keele) and a Sports Science degree (Manchester Met), we are dedicated to helping you achieve your health goals.

A full assessment involves understanding why your specific joint/body part might be hurting or not working like it should. We start by talking with you about how you’re feeling and how this affects your everyday life. Then, we carefully look at the body part, checking how you stand and move. We gently feel the joint/body and guide you through some movements to find out where it hurts or feels weak. If appropriate we may suggest a  mini treatment to calm symptoms. Once we understand the issue, we’ll explain it to you in a way that’s easy to understand and work with you to create a plan that helps you feel better. We’ll be with you every step of the way, checking in to make sure you’re on the road to recovery.

Whether you are an Amateur, Semi-Pro or a Professional sportsperson within your follow-up, we assess your performance during your training to review you in your sporting environment. Tailor treatment, exercises as needed and work towards your goal with your coaches
