I offer a variety of holistic treatments which include massage therapies and Reiki to both people and animals and am also a canine/equine behaviourist and nutritionist.

I work with a variety of crystals and essential oils to promote relaxation and general wellbeing as well as helping joint problems, sleep issues, stress and anxiety and negative feelings.

This treatment is done with beautiful crystal wands to soothe any anxiety and stress that may be present and also promote a sense of general wellbeing.

It is good for clearing away any negative thoughts and lifting moods, it can ease nightmares and improve sleep and instils a sense of peace and tranquillity to the body and mind.

It can be done on the head, neck, hands and feet.

Parents are allowed to be present during the treatment and Lavender essential oil is used which is very safe to use with children of all ages.

Crystal Wand Massage 5-11 year olds

This treatment is done with beautiful crystal wands to soothe anxiety, stress, low moods and sleep issues, it is also good for gaining focus and confidence during exams and revising for them and calming overwhelming feelings that can be very debilitating.   

The hands, face neck and feet can be done and Lavender oil is used which is very safe for all ages of children  

Crystal Wand Massage 11-18 year olds

This treatment is a bit longer which allows the body to really relax completely and take on board what it needs to in order to heal.

It will have an impact on any behavioural issues which may be causing issues as it instils a sense of peace, tranquillity and calmness.

This beautiful treatment is non-invasive and is based on the idea that an unseen 'life force' energy flows through us, it re-balances and restores both the body and mind and removes stagnant, negative energy that may be present within the body.

As well as this it is amazing for helping with stress and anxiety issues, low moods, joint flare ups, insomnia, tension headaches, tension around the lower back, neck and shoulders and various digestive problems.

Bowen Therapy is a holistic remedial body technique that works on the soft connective tissue of the body, the musculoskeletal system, neurological issues, acute sports injuries or organic conditions.

It is performed on the superficial and deep fascia which is a mesh like network that is intertwined, interwoven and interconnected with everything in the body including the muscles, tendons, nervous tissues, cartilage, bones, arteries and organs.

It uses a specific set of moves that are interspersed with set breaks (2-5 mins) where the body is not touched to send a signal through the nervous system to get it to respond by healing and balancing itself.

Equine Crystal Reiki 

This form of healing is truly amazing as it combines various massage strokes and the wonderful benefits of crystals that are situated within a specific wand.

The tip of the wand locates any blockages that may be either stress related or due to an illness or injury and breaks them down into smaller pieces and the rounded end is then used to gently massage them away.

The treatment lasts for around an hour for horses and is carried out at a location of the owners choosing.

This treatment channels life force energy through the hands of the therapist by means of touch to drive the natural healing mechanism that is within us.

When it is done with crystals their wonderful healing properties and benefits are felt along with the Reiki energy which amplifies the healing experience, and negative energy and blockages that may be present are also cleared away thus restoring peace, harmony and tranquillity to the body.

When it is given during pregnancy it can ease morning sickness, nausea, insomnia and exhaustion, relieve body pain as the foetus grows including lower back pain, stiffness in the legs and across the shoulders and soreness in the muscles.

It can lift low moods, is very good for post-partum depression as it improves both emotional and psychological support, eases anxiety and has a positive calming effect on the baby whilst it is growing in the womb.

Hand reflexology is a form of therapy that involves massaging areas of the hands with the aim of creating beneficial effects to other parts of the body, so for example massaging the wrists will help with any kind of ankle problems in the same way as massaging the elbows will ease any knee issues. 

During pregnancy it can help to significantly reduce pain during labour as well as the length of labour, it improves the quality of sleep in post-natal women, helps the body prepare for childbirth, aids tension headaches and migraines, eases morning sickness, insomnia and pelvic pain and increases energy levels.

When the hands are massaged like the feet it sends calming signals to the nerves in the brain that allow stress and tension to disappear thus inducing a state of calmness and relaxation.

Hand Reflexology

Foot reflexology is a form of therapy that involves massaging areas of the feet with the aim of creating beneficial effects to other parts of the body, so for example the tips of the toes are connected to the head and brain and the heal is connected to the sciatic nerves.

During pregnancy it can help to significantly reduce pain throughout labour as well as the length of the first part of labour and it can also improve the quality of sleep in post-natal women.

When the feet are massaged it sends calming signals to the nerves in the brain that allows stress and tension to disappear and a state of calm relaxation is then reached.

*This particular treatment should only be carried out after 13 weeks has been reached and not before.

Combined Hot and Cold Stone Massage Full Body

This treatment is exactly the same as the back, neck and shoulder one but the legs, feet and face are included.

Crystal Wand Massage Full Body

This treatment is exactly the same as the back neck and shoulder one but the legs, feet and head are included.

Hot Stone Massage Full Body

This treatment is exactly the same as the back, neck and shoulder massage but it is for the full body which includes the legs, feet and head.

Cold Stone Massage Full Body

In this treatment both hot and cold stones are used together to promote a state of homeostasis which is a state of equilibrium within the body, tension is reduced, stress levels are lowered and a sense of general wellbeing is achieved.

With the use of both hot and cold stones blood flow increases which motivates the body to detoxify therefore promoting healing, and circulation is also increased so nutrition is delivered to every cell within the body.

If you live with chronic pain you will also feel tremendous relief with the application of the stones, congestion eases, muscles, joints and tissues are soothed as any inflammation reduces, tension headaches, PMT and menstrual cramps start to feel less painful and any digestive issues like IBS (irritable bowl syndrome) calm down.

This treatment uses lovely cold stones to relieve tension that may be present in the body, it also decreases high blood pressure, eases hot flushes and uncomfortable body heat, aids menstrual cramps, PMT, various menopause symptoms and helps eye puffiness and sinusitis.
