Policy on bookings:
—Client should be punctual lateness can results with an additional fee (£5)
—If the client is later then 15 minutes their appointment maybe cancelled. (or be charged with a late fee (£5)
—If the client would like to cancel appointment it must be done 24 hours prior scheduled appointment time or the client will still be charged for the service
—If client does not attend they will be charged for the scheduled service
—Failure to abide by these rules will result in a blacklisting of my services
