Manage your finances by keeping track of your charges from Fresha all in one place. Learn how to download Fresha invoices and fees.
Getting started
Before downloading your invoices and fees:
- Add your billing and payment details to your account as this is used when processing your monthly invoices.
- If you are a team member reach out to the account owner to request permission to access Wallet and Card processing.
Downloading invoices and fees
Download your monthly Fresha invoices and fee activity for paid feature charges.
To download invoices and fees:
- Open Workspace settings, select Billing, then Invoices and fees.
- Filter by date.
- Select the Download icon next to either of the following as needed:
- Fresha Fee activity: Detailed breakdown of all paid feature charges, updated continuously throughout the month.
- Invoice: Finalised summary of all paid feature charges, generated at the beginning of each month.
FAQs
Currently, the primary supported formats for invoices and Fresha fee activity are XLS and PDF. These formats are widely used and compatible with most spreadsheet applications and tools for further data analysis.
Invoices are generated at the end of each month. Once available, it will be ready to download.
