Archive and delete services and bundles
Archive and delete services and bundles
Keep your service menu clean while retaining services you might want to bring back later. Learn how to permanently delete services and bundles or archive them for a potential return.
Getting started
Keeping your service menu current ensures that clients can easily find and book the treatments they’re looking for. You may need to archive or delete services for many reasons. Before taking these actions, we recommend:
- If you’re a team member, request permission to access Services.
Archiving services and bundles
Temporarily archive services and bundles that are not currently in use or unavailable to clients, such as seasonal services.
To archive a service or bundle:
- Open the Catalog and select Service menu.
- Click on the three dots next to the relevant service or bundle and select Archive.
- Select Archive to reconfirm.
Services cannot be archived if they are part of a bundle or membership. Archiving a bundle will not affect the services within it.
Unarchive services and bundles
To unarchive a service or bundle:
- Open the Catalog and select Service menu.
- Click on Filters from the search bar.
- Under Status, select Archived and Apply.
- Click on the three dots next to the archived service or bundle and select Unarchive.
- Select Unarchive to reconfirm.
Services that haven't been booked in the last year will be automatically archived. You can easily unarchive them anytime by clicking View more next to the archived ones in your service menu.
Deleting services and bundles
Services or bundles need to be archived before they can be permanently deleted from the service list.
To delete a service or bundles:
- Archive the service or bundle as described above.
- In the Service menu, select Filters from the search bar.
- Under Status, select Archived, then Apply.
- Click on the three dots next to the relevant service or bundle and select Permanently delete.
- Select Delete all to reconfirm.
Deleting a bundle will not affect the services included in it.

FAQs
No, archived services cannot be booked. Once a service is archived, it is no longer available for clients to book online or through any booking channels.
Existing appointments will not be affected by archiving or deleting services. Any appointments that were scheduled before the service was archived or deleted will still be honored and appear in your appointment calendar.
