Create text message blast campaigns
Quickly connect with your clients and increase engagement by sending text message blast campaigns. Learn how to create campaigns to deliver quick updates and special offers directly to your clients.
Getting started
Before you create a text message blast campaign, make sure you’re ready to send effective and targeted messages. Start by:
- Adding a payment method to your billing details.
- If you’re a team member, request permission for Marketing from the account owner.
Creating text blast campaigns
To send a text message blast campaign:
- Open Marketing and select Blast campaigns.
- Click Add and choose Text message.
- Choose a template:
- Quick update:
Send clients business updates. Personalize your message and add a link to promote services, memberships, or gift cards. - Special offer:
Provide discounts to clients. Customize your message and update the deal for each service.
- Quick update:
- Select your campaign audience by choosing All clients or Client groups. Use advanced filters to refine your audience.
- Filter by service:
Filter clients by the services they’ve booked. Choose Any service or specify particular ones. - Filter by location:
Target clients based on booking locations. Choose Any location or specify particular ones. - Filter by team members:
Focus on clients who booked with specific team members. Choose Any team member or Selected team members. - Include clients with upcoming appointments:
Optionally include clients with upcoming appointments. Check the box next to the client name and Save.
- Filter by service:
- Click Edit under Total clients to view the clients who will receive the text message.
- Preview the total campaign cost.
- Click Next step and choose a payment method.
- Review the campaign cost.
- Click Send now.
Before your blast campaign is sent out to clients, it will undergo a brief review period where we'll ensure it adheres to our guidelines and policies. Once approved, your campaign will be sent out as scheduled.
Include a Fresha link or an email campaign link in your text message to track click rates and use our retargeting feature.

No, once a blast campaign has been sent, it cannot be deleted. However, you can delete a draft by clicking the three dots next to the draft and selecting Delete message.

The cost of your blast campaign depends on the number of emails and text messages sent. For text messages, costs vary based on message length. Messages that include special characters or emojis will be subject to additional charges.
