Creating smart pricing
Creating smart pricing
Increase your sales during quiet periods and maximize value during busy ones. Learn to create smart pricing and balance appointment demand.
Getting started
Before creating smart pricing its important to know when you are most busy and quiet. If you're a team member we recommend:
- Reaching out to the workspace owner to request permission to Manage smart pricing.
How smart pricing works
We’ve replaced off-peak deals with smart pricing, which automatically adjusts your online service prices in two ways:
- Surge pricing:
Increases prices during peak periods to maximize value. - Off-peak pricing:
Reduces prices to boost sales during quiet periods.
Smart pricing dynamically changes prices based on your rules. You can:
- Change prices during specific times on selected days
- Configure price changes by locations, services, and team members
