List and unlist your marketplace profile
Control your business's online visibility as needed, whether it's for a festive break, renovations, or any other reason. Learn how to manage your online bookings by listing or unlisting your marketplace profile.
Getting started
Before you can list or unlist your marketplace profile, make sure you have the required permissions. If you’re a team member:
- Request permission for Online booking from the workspace owner.
Listing your marketplace profile
To make your business visible online and open for bookings:
- Open Online booking and select Marketplace profile.
- Choose the location you want to list and click List profile.
- Follow the next steps to make any necessary changes.
- If you want a sneak peek of how your profile will look, then tap Preview profile - otherwise select Publish profile.
Unlisting your marketplace profile
Unlisting your profile will prevent new online bookings from being made.
To unlist your profile:
- Open Online booking and select Marketplace profile.
- Under the location you want to unlist, select Options.
- Click Unlist profile.
- Select Unlist profile again to reconfirm.
To keep accepting bookings for future dates while your profile is unlisted, add closed periods or update your scheduled shifts. Clients will be notified if their selected date is unavailable and prompted to choose the next available date.

No, unlisting your profile removes it from the marketplace, so clients will not be able to see or make new bookings online.
Your reviews and ratings are preserved and will be visible again when you re-list your profile.
If your marketplace profile is offline, clients won’t be able to book through the Fresha marketplace, Reserve with Google, or any booking links. If you haven’t disabled it, here are a few things to check:
