MINDTOSOUL Reiki

Distance Reiki is a wonderful way to receive healing from the convenience of your own home or any other peaceful place, such as nature. If you struggle for time or prefer the comfort of your own space, distant healing sessions are an equally effective option to consider.

You will receive a step-by-step guide on how to prepare yourself and your healing space for the session. At the start of your session, we'll begin with a brief discussion over a video call before we commence with the Reiki healing. Additionally, you will receive a Guide Audio recording to listen to during your session with soothing music and guided steps to relax fully.

During the session, while you lie comfortably on your back with your eyes closed, I will remotely facilitate energy work by connecting with you and directing Reiki toward your energy field. There's no physical touch required; it's entirely up to your comfort level. 

We’ll reconnect at the end of the session to discuss your experience in detail.

Reiki Distant Session

Each session begins with a brief discussion of your specific needs and goals, an overview of the session, and an explanation of what you can expect from the experience. You will then be invited to lie down on your back on a comfortable treatment table, fully clothed, and relax. The session is supported by gentle music designed to help you calm your mind and relax your body.

During the session, I will facilitate energy work by connecting with you and directing Reiki toward your energy field and any areas in need of cleansing, balancing, and healing through gentle hand placements, either on or just above your main body parts. This process aims to identify and release stagnant energy, rejuvenate areas low in energy, and restore a sense of peace, grounding, and wholeness.

Your comfort and well-being are paramount, and your role is simply to surrender to the experience and let it unfold. Following the session, there will be an opportunity to discuss your experience and questions detail.

Reiki In-person Session

Like Distant Reiki, On-demand Reiki is a wonderful alternative for receiving Reiki healing from the convenience of your own space. However, On-demand Reiki also allows you to receive the energy at any time you prefer.

The steps to receive the energy are the same like Distant Reiki, with one key difference: there is no need for us to be online at the same time. After booking the session, I will complete the energy work in advance and notify you once it’s done. You then decide where and at what time (within 24 hours) you would like to receive it.

At your chosen time, you will lie down comfortably on your back with your eyes closed and accept the energy I have sent you. No physical touch is required; it’s entirely up to your comfort level and trust in the process. After you’ve completed your session, we will connect at an agreed time to discuss your experience in more detail.

Please note: It is a requirement to complete at least one Distant Reiki session prior to booking this session.
