Reiki works by channeling healing energy, to help heal on a physical, spiritual and emotional level. This treatment involves you as the client laying comfortably on a treatment bed, fully clothed and covered with a blanket.
Everyone’s experiences of Reiki are different, ranging from seeing colours and shapes, to feeling tingling and warmth, and / or a pure deep sense of inner peace and relaxation.

Join me for an extended session where we will go through a full consultation and discuss how best to tailor the session to meet your needs and expectations. With a cup of herbal tea and a biscuit if you wish, it’s a beautiful opportunity to talk about what you want to get from your sessions and to ask any questions you may have.
