First time visitors to LNO yesterday and Abbi made us feel very comfortable and welcome. We had a lovely time and laughed throughout. The shop is gorgeous and we’ll definitely be back soon for more. The piercing my partner wanted detailed it would be dependant on anatomy - Abbi checked this thoroughly and made sure it was safe to proceed. I feel very comfortable that the team would only make decisions in our best interest. 10/10, see you soon!

Abbi was so so nice!! I had so much fun doing the piercing planning with her. And don't get me started on the piercing I got afterwards! I couldn't have asked for a better experience getting my first cartilage piercing. It literally doesn't hurt, I need to keep reminding myself I even got one. All the advice I got really settled my nerves, and the environment there was so chill. Suffice to say, Abbi is class and I can’t wait to come back. 20/10 :)
