I was warmly greeted by Alina, the hairstylist. She was friendly and polite, which immediately put me at ease. We discussed what I wanted my hair to look like, and Alina offered her expert advice, suggesting a few ideas to help achieve the best result. Throughout the process, she made me feel comfortable and reassured. Her knowledge and professionalism really stood out. I was quite nervous, but the end result was amazing. I was extremely happy with my haircolour. Also, the salon itself was beautiful and clean. Thank you Alina.
