Connie is brilliant. I had a stubborn area that hadn't responded to laser anywhere else, and she's finally cleared it. She uses a proper medical-grade machine and treats at settings that actually work — not the underpowered, overly cautious approach you get at a lot of clinics. She's meticulous, knows her technology inside out, and explains everything as she goes. Comfortable, professional and genuinely effective. Highly recommend.
