Very kind. Put the machine on a setting that does not cause pain. One thing I wish was improved: There were many small dark hairs that still stood out after my first appointment. I also still felt a lot of stubble when I passed my hand over those spots.

Jennifer is such a light! Her relaxed approach and down to earth demeanour is so appreciated in an industry often fraught with insincerity. She can make even the most anxious client feel at ease.
