This personalised 1:1 Clinical Pilates assessment and goal‑setting session provides a tailored starting point based on your body, lifestyle and goals. Unlike standard classes, it uses a rehabilitation and performance‑focused approach to assess movement, posture, strength, mobility, breathing and core control.

Your 60‑minute session includes a detailed 30‑minute assessment of medical history, injuries and goals, plus a 30‑minute introductory Clinical Pilates session. From this, a bespoke 6‑ or 12‑week Clinical Pilates programme is created and progressed through 45‑minute follow‑up sessions.

Ideal for back pain, postnatal recovery, pelvic health, injury rehabilitation, hypermobility, strength and conditioning, and injury prevention, the programme combines rehabilitation, movement retraining and progressive Pilates techniques to improve strength, mobility and confidence—helping you move better, feel stronger and achieve lasting results safely.
